Jamie McLean advises that Lake Maintenance has been his ‘home and family’ for the last two and half years.
  He commenced with the original intake of Victorian staff, along with Rodney McKinnon, in 2011. Jamie’s background was with another Head Contractor who maintained Victorian social housing and, as a tenant, Jamie brought a wealth of knowledge on the Victorian Contract.
  He has made a great contribution to Lake Maintenance in a variety of roles, most recently as Supply Warehouse Coordinator.

Amanda Zylstra - Since starting at Lake Maintenance in 2008 I have been encouraged to progress within the company, starting as a Project Assistant to my current position of Team Leader.
  This is due to support from Core to Senior Management and with revolutionary in house technology allowing skills to be developed over time as the system and Lake Maintenance grows.
  I feel Lake Maintenance has a collaborative and cultural approach to team work. No matter where you are based there is support.
